Mister Graham, who presented the financial packet, said the district is about 36.4% through the fiscal year with an operating balance of $4,672,844 and noted an Elior food account balance of $338,000. "All your finances look to be in shape, and I recommend to you that we pay our bills," he said. A motion to pay bills was seconded and recorded in the minutes as approved by voice vote (“All 4”).
