The board approved the permanent appropriation measure and the listed transfers by roll call later in the meeting. Mrs. Cortino thanked grant writers and maintenance staff who secured awards, citing a $40,000 Bureau of Workers' Compensation grant that will cover about half the cost of new cafeteria tables at Lincoln PK–8.
