Staff presented a replat for the Village at Southpointe (case 25‑806) that divides an existing lot into five individual lots to allow townhome‑type multifamily units. Rodriguez told the commission the replat complies with the Mansfield subdivision ordinance and Chapter 212 of the Texas Local Government Code; Commissioner Gotten moved approval and the motion passed 6–0 with one absent.
The commission also approved a replat for the Pokey Addition at 916 Noah Street (case 25‑807). Planner Ms. Smithers said the submittal cleans up an historic 1905 plat and creates a single lot to allow construction of a new structure; the commission approved the replat 6–0 with one absent.
Earlier in the meeting the commission approved the minutes (6–0 with one absent), heard no citizen comments, and closed the public hearings. Commissioners concluded with brief announcements, expressed condolences for the mayor’s family and noted regional events; the meeting adjourned at 6:44 p.m.
