The Rockwood Board of Education heard a multi-agency presentation on school safety and community partnerships on Sept. 11, including reports from local police and fire leaders and a district update on a third-party safety assessment.
Ty Dennis and district staff introduced local law enforcement and fire department leaders who described school resource officer coverage, elementary outreach programs and safety training.
