Staff reported the plat generally complies with the Vanceville subdivision ordinance and Chapter 212 of the Texas Local Government Code but recommended conditions for proper plat labeling, accurate sewer and water line placement and correct easement labeling before final plat submittal.
Vice Chairman Axon moved approval of the preliminary plat while including the staff‑recommended conditions; the commission recorded a second and subsequently voted to approve the item 5‑0.
