The Hall County Board of Commissioners voted 4-3 to approve Resolution 25-047, which rezones property and authorizes a final subdivision plat that creates seven lots off Highway 281.
Chair (speaker 4) invited Chad (speaker 11) to summarize the final plat and development plan. Chad said the subdivision agreement previously provided to the commission had not changed and that it addressed many but not all member concerns; if approved, he anticipated construction would begin.
Commissioner (speaker 12) moved to approve Resolution 25-047, authorizing the chair to sign both the resolution and the subdivision agreement. After discussion and brief public-check for comment, the motion carried with four votes in favor and three opposed.
The board’s approval allows the applicant to proceed under the terms of the subdivision agreement; Commissioners did not enumerate specific conditions beyond the subdivision agreement presented at the meeting.
