MANSFIELD, Texas — The Mansfield Planning and Zoning Commission on April 21 approved three plats that city staff said will establish legal lots for upcoming residential and commercial development.
The commission voted unanimously, 6–0 with one absence, to approve: a replat of Collin Estates to create two residential lots from three at 1858, 1860 and 1862 Paul Street (SD #24-044); the final plat of Lot 1, Block 1 of the Aspom Tree Expert addition (about 5 acres, addressed 711 South 4th Avenue; SD #25-016); and the final plat for Southpointe Phase 7B (29.75 acres; SD #25-013).
