At its Feb. 26 meeting the Roxbury Township Board of Education approved a slate of routine and substantive resolutions across several committees.
Finance: Resolutions 1–12 were moved, amended and adopted. Board member motioned to add a travel expense (an amendment to resolution 7) for Heather Lettyiri to attend IXL training (approximately $229); the amended finance slate passed on a roll‑call vote.
Education: Educational resolutions 1–7 were moved and approved by roll call. One board member abstained on item 3; the remainder of the slate passed.
Policies: Policy items presented for reading and minor revision (policies 1–2) were approved on roll call.
Negotiations: The board approved the negotiations resolution that included a time‑limited addendum expanding sick‑leave payout limits; administration described the addendum’s expected effect and duration.
Personnel: Personnel resolutions 1–14 were moved and approved. One board member excused themselves on item 3 and otherwise voted for the slate.
Votes were taken by roll call for the major slates; where roll call lists were read, members answered verbally. The board also approved a resolution to hold an executive session March 23, 2026. Detailed language and final contract documents for negotiations will be posted when available.
