Among gifts accepted were: $3,000 from Lyle James to the Blanche and Avery James Charitable Scholarship Fund; $5,910 from the Little Falls Elementary PTA to fund a book‑vending machine at Lincoln Elementary (and a separate $5,910 allocation listed for Lindbergh Elementary); $8,000 from the Flyers athletic boosters for HUDL streaming services; $750 and $250 donations from Wabash for DECA and robotics respectively; and smaller gifts to youth programs and extracurriculars.
The resolution was presented by Kelsey, who conducted a roll call naming board members Julie, Sharon, Mark, Doug, Dan and herself; each responded yes. The gifts were taken as part of the consent agenda, which the board approved en bloc.
Board members said the donations help provide program continuity and student access to extracurriculars and instructional materials. The action carries no direct new budget commitment from the district; several items — such as the vending‑machine initial stocking — were noted as supported by PTA funds.
The board moved on to student reports after approving the consent agenda.
