WDSI is installing detention ceilings and the upper cell walls, and once the walls are in "the cells will be complete," Volk said.
On a timeline, he said detention frames were expected to arrive "somewhere between the sixth and the March 9," and that a contractor will pour the generator pad within the next week once frost comes out of the ground. He also said crews were beginning permanent exterior lighting and that painters are scheduled in March.
