Board nomination: During public forum, citizens had urged the council to nominate Shane McNeal to the Johnson County Central Appraisal District Board of Directors. Later in the meeting councilmember Murrell moved to nominate Shane McNeal; the motion was seconded and the nomination passed unanimously.
