Co‑director Doreen Grant opened the hearing and presented the first case, CE25‑0805, for 1016 Northeast 114th Street. Officer George Remedius testified that on Sept. 20 he was dispatched at 12:38 a.m., heard loud music near the pool area and issued a verbal warning after the renter complied.
