The Planning and Zoning Commission on Sept. 8 approved plat application PL0625‑0267 to subdivide Lot 91A of Sherwood Forest Addition No. 2 at 2518 Piccadilly Boulevard into three lots.
“T. R. Clark, staff planner, said the property sits at just over 4 acres, the proposed lots meet the city’s subdivision standards, and staff recommends approval of the residential replat,” the commission’s record states.
According to the staff presentation, the owner will continue to reside on the largest parcel created by the replat; the two additional lots are intended for future sale and are described in staff materials as smaller parcels (roughly half‑acre parcels under the proposal). Staff said the replat does not change the future land‑use map and that required property‑owner notifications were sent with no responses recorded for or against as of the hearing.
A motion to approve PL0625‑0267 was made and seconded; the chair announced the motion carried by a 7–0 vote.
No further public comment on this item was recorded in the commission transcript.
