Board postpones variance for accessory-structure encroachment at 815 Meandering Way

The board moved to hold the matter under advisement, leave the public hearing open, and continue the case to the April 24 meeting. The motion carried 4–0.
The board’s announcement leaves the public hearing open until the continuation date; the applicant or interested parties may provide additional materials at that time.
