Finance committee approves Park & Ride trail grant, design contract for Cayuga Connector and awards $189,162 surface-treatment bid

The Middleton Finance Committee approved three agreements and a procurement action: a Park and Ride bicycle-trail grant agreement, a design-engineering contract with Strand Associates for the Cayuga Connector Path (with an edit to the indemnification clause), and a street-surface treatments contract.
