Hunt also described pier repairs (estimated $1,180,000 for main and approach piers), dry‑dock planning for the Laffey (estimated $3,700,000) and an interim modular solution for retail and ticketing because the agency must vacate current retail space within 17 months. Committee members thanked the agency and asked follow‑up questions about project timing and funding sources; no vote was recorded in the transcript.
