Mesquite council tables purchase of Linco Bearcat armored vehicle until budget review

Staff indicated the recommended award was to Linco Industries through a cooperative purchasing contract not to exceed $391,068 and that staff plans to present the item at the first council meeting in February if possible or at the first meeting following the January budget review.
The motion passed 6-1; city staff will track the item for return after the budget process.
