Administrators also reviewed Pillar 4 of the district's strategic plan, reporting modest movement in staff satisfaction survey items (target 4.05; result 4.01) and an improved return-on-investment position in regional comparisons. They outlined plans to refine measures and report progress at the end of the semester.
