The commission approved a replat for Frisco Square Residential Block A Lot 6 (RP24-0034), owners TB Church Street, LLC, and a replat for Centennial Edition Block A Lot 1 (RP20-4308), owners Onward Community Church. Both items were presented by staff, drew no public comment, and were approved on voice votes recorded as 6–0.
The hearing included a staff clarification on Item 21’s fire-lane detail. Alyssa Barstow, senior fire protection engineer, said: "It's actually just a dead end fire lane. Under our 2021 IFC with local amendments, we allow dead end fire lanes up to 150 feet.
