Taylor, a staff presenter, said the plat—submitted Jan. 27, 2025—would abandon and dedicate easements necessary for development and conforms to a site plan staff approved on April 17, 2024. "City staff recommends approval as submitted," Taylor told the commission.
There were no public comments during the hearing. Commissioner Brittney Coburg moved to approve item 17 as submitted by staff; the motion was seconded and the chair announced the motion passed 5–0.
The commission’s action is a recommendation to the City Council when zoning is involved; staff reminded attendees that final council action may be required depending on the case. The commission closed the public hearing and recorded no conditions beyond those in the submitted plat.
