Frisco planning commission disapproves four development requests, tables Pressmont replat for more review

At a meeting at 6101 Frisco Square Boulevard, the Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission voted to disapprove four separate development items and tabled a replat request, citing staff findings that the applicants had not met required zoning, engineering or documentation standards.

Staff presentations for each application said the projects had been submitted May 27, 2025, and that applicants had been given time through an earlier extension but still had not provided required materials. “Therefore, staff recommends disapproval for the reasons stated in the staff report,” a staff member told the commission before motions to disapprove were moved and carried.
