At the meeting, Mr. Leather provided a brief update on actions taken at the Sept. 2 city council meeting, telling the commission that council approved changes to architectural standards for original town commercial and original town residential zones and that a separate zoning case was tabled.
“On the amending the zoning ordinance regarding the original town commercial, original town residential architectural standards, council approved the ordinance for that,” Mr. Leather said. He added that “the zoning case that formerly the Lehi property called the Champions…has been tabled again, and it's going to be tabled on the, at the next council meeting until October.”
The update was presented as information to the commission; no commission action on those council items was required during the meeting. Staff did not provide an ordinance number in the update, and the transcript does not specify the council’s next meeting date other than the staff comment that the matter would return in October.
