Commissioner Steve Cohn moved to approve item 21 as recommended by staff; Commissioner Sean Merrill seconded the motion. With one commissioner off the dais during consideration, the commission approved the item by a recorded vote of 4-0.
The chair returned the meeting to general order after the vote and noted the commission’s standard procedures for public hearings and recommendations to city council when applicable.
