Item 24 — Zoning ordinance amendment ZA25-3 (City of Frisco). Action: Approve staff-recommended amendment to OTC/rail-district land-use tables; motion passed 6-0. The amendment restricts certain auto-centric uses, clarifies treatment of legally nonconforming businesses and moves the recommendation to City Council for final action.
