John Bridal, chair of the Frisco Planning & Zoning Commission, presided over the public-hearing item. Development services staff recommended approval, telling the commission that “the item before you this evening is recommended for approval, and the purpose of this replat is to change the product type from a front entry to a rear entry so that they can utilize the, alley that's adjacent to the lot.” No members of the public spoke during the hearing.
The motion to approve the replat was made by Commissioner Tiffany Wells and recorded as seconded by Commissioner Michael (as announced by the chair); the vote was 5-0. The commission closed the public hearing after no questions were raised by members or by attendees.
Chair Bridal noted meeting procedure and that the commission’s role is to consider and make recommendations on zoning-related matters. Staff offered to answer follow-up questions about the submittal and application process.
