A development services staff member told the commission the item had been previously approved by the planning commission and that the current request’s purpose was to update the owner name. "Staff recommends approval as submitted," the staff member said.
Commissioner Steve Cohn moved to approve the replat as recommended; Commissioner Tiffany Wells seconded the motion. Chair Bridal Kolberg called for the vote, and members voted in favor by voice, producing a unanimous 6-0 approval.
The approval updates the official plat record to reflect the owner listed in the staff report (Dick's Sporting Goods Inc.). The commission’s recommendation will be reflected in city records; because the commission’s role in zoning cases is advisory, any subsequent council-level actions will be posted when available.
