- Administrative election and precinct updates (Items 20–21): Council adopted cleanup ordinances to update precinct designations after county changes and approved a special-election order for Jan. 31, 2026, to fill a vacancy for Frisco City Council Place 1. Vote: 6-0.
- Nomination to Denton Central Appraisal District board (Item 22): Council nominated Brad Hogan to fill the Board vacancy through Dec. 31, 2027. Vote: 6-0.
