The board confirmed three committees: parks & greenway (assigned volunteers Joe, Ingrid, Franklin and Paul in the transcript), an engagement committee (goal: invite new city council members as guests and host meetings in park facilities) and a student involvement committee (focused on UNCW and CFCC student involvement; volunteers listed in the packet included Rhonda, Lemitrius and David).
