Committee recommends approval of 4K community partner agreements for 2025–26

A presenter said the 4K program has used community partnerships since 2002 and that the agreements allow children to access district curricular resources while receiving wraparound care at partner sites. The listed partners were Wausau Child Care, Mountain View Montessori, Woodson YMCA (Wausau Branch), Newman Catholic/Saint Michael, Marathon County Child Development Agency Head Start and Barrington Center. The presenter said the agreement language is the same as last year and noted the district is again proposing to include Marathon County Head Start and Barrington Center after a lapse of several years.
Chair sought a motion to recommend approval; a motion and second were recorded and the committee approved the recommendation by voice vote. The committee packet contains the full agreement language, which the presenter said contains no changes from the prior year.
