Incoming Mansfield ISD superintendent Dr. Tiffany Spencer outlines HEART vision for district

Dr. Tiffany Spencer, the incoming superintendent of MANSFIELD ISD, said she was "truly excited and deeply honored to serve as the next superintendent of Mansfield ISD" in a brief introductory address to the district community.

Spencer framed her leadership around an acronym she called HEART, saying, "As your superintendent, I believe in leading with HEART." She said she is a "proud former student, a long time member of this community and district leader," and called the opportunity "both personal and profoundly meaningful to me." Spencer said that by "building the capacity of our teachers, our staff, leaders, and our families, we build the future of our students."

She pledged to "strengthen partnerships that drive innovation and real world readiness, ensuring our students graduate prepared for college, career, and life," and to "ensure differentiated supports so that every student and family receives what they need to thrive." Spencer also said she will "operate with transparency, connection, and continuous improvement because trust is built through clarity, consistency, and results."

Spencer closed the address by saying she looks forward to leading the district "through this new journey" and that she "can't wait to see what we will accomplish together."
