Kelly Lang, CCISD director of learning technology, told the board the partnership pairs Texas Tech K‑12’s asynchronous, state‑aligned coursework with in‑person supports at district partner campuses. "By combining Clear Creek ISD's student‑centered vision with Texas Tech's K‑12 proven virtual academic excellence, we are offering a learning experience meeting students where they are today," Lang said.
