Resolution 172526, declaring intent to consider proposals for redevelopment of the Pleasant View site, was adopted 3–0 with Trustees Patricia Singer and Westmoreland absent.
For the Sun View site the board adopted resolution 182526 to declare intent to consider proposals and approved a substitute motion to correct an advertising timeline in Exhibit A: the third advertisement date was changed to Monday, March 23, 2026. Trustee Souders offered the substitute motion, which the board seconded and approved unanimously 3–0.
Trustees did not discuss substantive redevelopment proposals at the meeting; the resolutions state only the district's intent to solicit proposals and set the process for issuing requests for qualifications/proposals (RFP/RFQ). The clerk noted the corrected advertisement date will be reflected in postings when the RFQ/RFP is published. No further contract awards or developer selections were made at the meeting.
