The Lincoln Town Council voted Tuesday to set a public hearing on Cinema World of Florida’s application for a Class B liquor license and granted the company a victualling license to serve food at the business.
At the start of new business, the council introduced the Class B liquor application and voted to schedule a public hearing on the liquor portion of the request. For the victualling license (food service), a councilor moved to approve after staff confirmed that required paperwork and inspections were in order; the motion received a second and carried on a voice vote recorded as 'aye.'
The council did not record dissent and gave no additional conditions at the meeting. The public hearing on the liquor license will be scheduled as part of a future council meeting, and town staff will post notice and the necessary public-hearing materials.
