Staff recommended acceptance and authorization for the mayor to sign the deed.
Councilmembers indicated the lot would help downtown parking and moved to approve the resolution accepting the donation and releasing the demolition lien; the motion was seconded and the chair called the vote in favor.
The resolution authorizes the mayor to execute acceptance paperwork and directs staff to proceed with closing and any related administrative steps for repurposing the property for downtown parking improvements.
