Nominations were opened and, after a single slate was proposed, a motion to close nominations was moved and seconded. Commission members then voted verbally; the chair declared the slate elected after commissioners answered "aye." No roll-call tally by name was taken on the record.
The slate was described on the floor as uncontested; staff noted the vice chair was not present but had previously indicated willingness to serve if re-nominated. The meeting proceeded to regular business after the election.
