Council also noted that item 19 was pulled by applicants to allow additional outreach to neighbors and will return to a future agenda.
All of the referenced items carried by unanimous vote; staff said there were no outstanding objections in the public hearings for those items that proceeded. The council moved into a public‑comment period and then announced an executive session on multiple Texas Government Code provisions.
