Counsel also stated there is no fiscal impact.
Vice Chairman moved that Senate Bill 755 be reported to the full Senate with a recommendation that it pass; the committee approved the motion by voice vote.
The committee's action advances the agency bill to the full Senate; the change would remove a duplicative statutory reporting requirement and rely on the Department's existing data systems.
