Treasurer Beth Collier told the board the district is roughly in the 45–51% range of expected fiscal‑year receipts after the second‑half tax settlement and that interest earnings for the month totaled $67,608.57.
"We are right on track with where we expect to be at this point," Collier said, noting the district received the Grandview Yard settlement and has unencumbered permanent improvement funds available for ongoing projects, including the track replacement.
Following the treasurer’s presentation the board considered routine business and personnel consent agendas. The board approved business and finance consent items C1 through C10 and then approved personnel items A1 through A13, which the trustees described as supplementals that are governed by the Grandview Heights Education Association and support wide extracurricular programming.
Trustees discussed the supplemental process and evaluation cadence — principals and building administrators recommend supplementals each year, and the district evaluates whether roles remain necessary or should be adjusted. The board took the votes by roll call; the motions passed.
The meeting adjourned after routine closing items. No controversial or high‑cost personnel changes were recorded in the meeting minutes; supplementals were described as one‑year contracts subject to renewal and evaluation.
