Committee moves $100,000 amendment for spill-response contract to Feb. 11 consent agenda

Heidi Bizzizzo presented Motion 26-053 seeking authorization of Amendment No. 1 to add $100,000 from the Road Fund to the not-to-exceed amount of an agreement with Grama Environmental Services LLC for Public Works spill-response services.
Bizzizzo said, “Public Works has spent a $140,862 of the original a $150,000 in the initial agreement.” She also noted that the vendor name was updated from GreyMar Environmental Services Inc. to GreyMar Environmental Services LLC and that all other terms and conditions remain the same.
The committee had no substantive questions and moved Motion 26-053 to the Feb. 11 GLS consent agenda for council consideration. No final vote or approval was recorded at the committee meeting.
If approved by the council, the amendment would add $100,000 from the Road Fund to the existing agreement’s not-to-exceed amount to continue spill-response services under the vendor agreement. The committee then recessed until the 11 a.m. Planning and Community Development Committee meeting.
