Snohomish County IT seeks contract with StoneShare Corps for HR records system; moved to Feb. 11 consent agenda

Cynthia Foley, council staff in the Department of Information Technology, told the Snohomish County Public Infrastructure and Conservation Committee that the department is seeking authority for a contract with StoneShare Corps to develop an electronic documents and records management system for human resources.
Foley said, “The cost for the pilot system, including development and implementation, is $13,750.” She added that the full cost for the first year of the contract is $113,750 plus sales tax. Foley requested that Motion 26-044 be moved to the Governmental, Legal and Strategic (GLS) agenda for council consideration.
The committee asked no substantive questions and Chair Lowe moved the item to the consent agenda for the Feb. 11 GLS meeting. No final vote or approval was recorded at the committee meeting.
The request, as presented, would authorize the Snohomish County Executive to execute the agreement and any associated amendments if the council later approves the motion on the consent agenda. The committee recessed after completing its action items; the IT contract will appear on the Feb. 11 consent calendar for a final council decision.
