Board approves Teamsters contract, Cicero playground and personnel reports

Retirements acknowledged included Harold Bitz (bus driver) with 20.1 years of service; Eddie Panero (motor equipment operator) with 26.4 years of service; and John Carrillo with 26.5 years of service. Instructional and court-staff personnel reports were moved and approved by the board.
