The Knox County Board approved a series of routine and substantive items on Aug. 27, including minutes, tax and public‑safety receipts, reappointments, project payment draws and claims.
Key votes included approval of the consent agenda (minutes and tax reports) by roll call (recorded as 11 ayes, 1 abstention). The board reappointed Joe Coffin as Knox County Human Services Transportation Plan representative (vote recorded). It approved Pay Request 6 from BBWave (an ARPA grant draw) and approved several construction and project draws including a jail laundry and medical project draw (#10) for $5,679.08.
