Agreement: The board approved EMS agreement number 30889 with Public Consulting Group LLC for consulting services related to ground emergency medical transport payment reporting and authorized the chair to sign the documents. The motion was moved, seconded and carried by voice vote.
Staffing: EMS leadership announced the appointment of a deputy chief of operations; the new deputy is expected to begin in a few weeks and will be introduced to the board once onboarding is complete.
The EMS session concluded after routine claims and minute approvals. Staff will complete contract execution and proceed with onboarding for the new deputy chief.
