Millcreek board approves consent agenda, personnel actions and grant-seeking resolution for walkway

The Millcreek Township SD Board of Directors approved a broad set of consent, personnel and finance items during its Feb. 23 meeting and passed a resolution authorizing the district to seek state funding for a walkway related to the Gus Davis Field project.

The board approved a block vote to accept instruction items 5.01–5.19, which included course curriculum updates, an Eastern University field-experience affiliation, and a one‑time contract to add a therapeutic/social-emotional learning (TSELC) placement at a cost of $12,093. The board also approved personnel report 6.04, which listed hires, resignations, leaves of absence and retirements; the personnel motion carried after a second.
