Kimbro outlined program practices: biweekly meetings with the food‑service management company (FSMC) focused on compliance with Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) rules, promotion of the program to boost participation, and use of student surveys to identify menu items students prefer or dislike. He said the menu rotates every three weeks and that the district will ask vendors to change premade items that do not meet taste or quality expectations.
