The motion to approve was made by Councilor Metivier and seconded by Councilor McGill; the council voted by voice to grant the extension.
Councilors asked the lodge operator to ensure traffic, noise mitigation and cleanup plans are in place and noted that any future problems would factor into subsequent approvals.
