The council scheduled additional meetings with surveyor Byron and the interested parties to correct the plats and provide accurate documentation before the next council meeting on June 2.
Council members emphasized the need to ensure all legal descriptions and plats are accurate before taking final action on right-of-way abandonment. No formal motion to abandon was taken at this meeting; the item was deferred to allow staff to resolve survey and plat issues and supply the council with corrected documents for consideration at the next meeting.
