The Kenai Peninsula Borough Plat Committee on Feb. 23 postponed action on the preliminary Beal Subdivision plat (KPB file 2026-009) to a March 16 meeting to give the applicant and borough staff time to resolve disagreements over right-of-way dedications and cul-de-sac design.
Staff planner Vincent told the committee the plat would create 12 lots and one tract and recommended dedicating an additional 15 feet on the south side of Autumn Road so the road meets the 60-foot right-of-way required by KPB 20.30.120.
