Council members noted this is the third iteration to complete the master plan for Burwell recreation amenities and that, per section 3.14(j) of the town charter, the appropriation from unreserved general fund balance requires an affirmative vote of six council members; the motion carried under that requirement.
One council member asked about tangible deliverables from prior phases; staff agreed to provide the deliverables and clarifications about expected outcomes. No additional implementation timeline was set at the meeting.
