Staff said the result exceeded the estimate but remained within the threshold for letting and recommended moving it to the board. For quarry materials (CA‑6), Central Limestone was the sole responsive bidder at $53,325, matching staff estimates and the county budget.
Committee members moved and the committee carried motions (voice votes) to forward positive recommendations for the lettings to the full board in March. Staff said they would bring formal resolution language and contract documents to the board for final approval.
